1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing digital assets from ideSkill.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the site.
2. License Grant & Commercial Usage
Upon successful purchase of an IDE Skill bundle, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and integrate the rulesets and prompt configurations across personal, organizational, and commercial client repositories.
You may not re-distribute, sub-license, resell, or publicly publish the raw ruleset artifacts as a competing marketplace product.
3. Payment & Merchant of Record
Payments are processed securely via Gumroad as the merchant of record. Gumroad handles all payment card processing, currency conversion, and sales tax/VAT compliance.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Digital skills and instructions are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While our rulesets are rigorously tested, we cannot guarantee specific software performance outcomes when integrated into third-party AI models.
